October 8, 1999 -- Connor is flying high above Kent Street. He is heading north and will turn towards the west. He is observed gliding near the Crowne Plaza Hotel and then takes off in a blink of an eye after some unsuspecting prey. The chase will continue as they make their way towards Lebreton Flats. These past few days, I have observed Connor in the company of Horizon on many occasions. Connor will be leaving Ottawa and migrating south within the next few days.
