June 15, 2001 -- Each of the bundles consisted of a panel of three or four streamers reaching from the roof to the ground. Every panel had to be carefully unpacked on the roof before being lowered over the side of the building. Here, volunteer Phil Maillard attempts to find the end of one strand of banners.
