July 6, 2002 -- A somewhat closer view of the building, focusing on a pair of panels on the south face. Each features a horizontal row of Canadian flags at the bottom, roughly three or four storeys above ground, connected to the roof via long strands of triangle flags and/or rope. The gaps between streamers are roughly 3 metres (10 feet).
