We would like to thank the Canadian Peregrine Foundation, and especially presenter Maya Basdeo and her friend Arial, for a wonderful workshop on Peregrine falcons on February 11th, 2004. Both Maya and Arial were well received by the students of Holy Child Catholic School. It was an entertaining and informative presentation. Maya has a way with children that kept them engaged and attentive throughout the presentation. Of course Arial herself was the star of the show! It was a treat to put the science curriculum into practice in an enjoyable way.

We would also like to thank the Friends of the Environment Foundation for sponsoring this program. Without their funding, we would not have been able to take advantage of this special educational opportunity.
