Project School Visit:
Applewood School (St. Catherines)

Visit sponsored by: Friends of the Environment

In March  2003 we visited Applewood School with one of our raptors.
Below are comments and drawings inspired by the visit:

On behalf of all the Junior students of Applewood School we would like to thank you at the Ontario Power Generating Corporation for providing us with the opportunity of seeing the presentation on Peregrine Falcons.

This presentation was very informative and interesting. Our students gained valuable knowledge on these birds of prey.

 Sincerely,

P. Spero - Principal

Thank you for showing the 4's and 5's that wonderful presentation.  We enjoyed the movie and fun facts.  We enjoyed the jokes too, I think.  Anyway we loved you coming to our school.  And we really liked Oscar even when he pooped because hey if you gotta go you gotta go!  We hoped next year you could come back.  And our pictures are souring colours!  Get it - falcons fly soaring!?  Well all we are trying to say is we enjoyed your visit and have enough falcon facts in our heads they could explode! Once again thank you very much.
