Project School Visit:
Bessborough School (Toronto)

Visit sponsored by: Friends of the Environment

In June 2002 we visited Bessborough School with 'Ariel', one of our peregrine falcons.  Below is feedback from the school:

I would like to thank the Canadian Peregrine Foundation for bringing its outstanding educational program to our school.  Students from grades 4 to 6 greatly enjoyed this presentation.  They were very excited to meet Ariel and to learn about all the peregrine falcons living right here in Toronto.  The students learned a great deal about peregrine biology, and were very interested in the many ways the CPF helps endangered species in Ontario.  Ariel’s handler was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the teacher resources she left with us are quite useful.

Thanks again for your wonderful presentation.
