Project School Visit:
Brock Public School (Toronto)

Visit sponsored by:  the Lloyd Carr-Harris Foundation

In September 2001, we visited Toronto's Brock Public School with our young peregrine falcon "Oscar".  Below are some comments from the school:

This is a brief letter to thank the Canadian Peregrine Foundation as well as the Lloyd Carr-Harris Foundation for providing an educational and interesting school workshop on the peregrine falcon this past fall.  The students at Brock School learned a great deal about this magnificent and endangered bird.  Thank you for linking the presentation to the Life Systems strand of the Science and Technology curriculum document.

We hope that you will continue to provide such valuable experiences to students in our schools around the city.

Wishing you much success and prosperity in the coming year.

Sincerely,

Jennie Cho
Vice-Principal
