In May 2001, we visited Orillia's Couchiching Heights Public School with our young peregrine falcon, "Penny". Below is a letter from the school:
On behalf of the Junior Division at Couchiching Heights Public School, I would like to thank you for the peregrine falcon presentation that took place last spring. Ms. Harker shared many interesting facts about the peregrine falcon and was able to maintain the interest of students involved. The children were delighted to have a close-up view of a peregrine falcon.
In summary, I would recommend this informative presentation to any junior division teacher. The students thoroughly enjoyed their morning! Many thanks.
