In April 2000, we visited Pickering Christian School. The students had an opportunity to meet "Scotty", our one-year-old male peregrine falcon. Below is a short letter from the principal:
Thank
you for visiting our school with a peregrine falcon allowing our students the
privilege of viewing a falcon at close range. We appreciate organizations
such as yours that are committed to preserving wildlife and educating school age
children in the wonders of our animal kingdom. Your visit assists us in
demonstrating to the children the complexity and beauty of God's kingdom in a
real way. We wish your organization continued success in your endeavours.
