Project School Visit:
École Saint-Paul (North Bay)

Visit sponsored by:  TD Friends of the Environment Foundation

In June 2002, we visited North Bay's École Saint-Paul with our female peregrine falcon "Ariel".  Below is a letter from the principal:

Maya Basdeo's visit with Ariel was very much appreciated by students and staff of École Saint-Paul.  The children were fascinated with Ariel and learned a lot from Maya's presentation.  We were particularly pleased to receive your student guide.  The fact that is is written in French allows us to use it directly with our students as part of our lessons in science and language.  It is a valuable teaching tool and we intend to make good use of it.

Please accept our thanks to yourself, the Canadian Peregrine Foundation, and TD Friends of the Environment Foundation for making this presentation possible.
