Project School Visit:
Tweedsmuir Public School (London)

Visit sponsored by:  the Tweedsmuir School Association

In January 2001, we visited Tweedsmuir Public School in London with our ten-year-old female peregrine falcon "Qetesh".  Below are some comments from the school:

Thanks for coming to Tweedsmuir with your peregrine presentation last month.  It was a great way for our grade 3-6 classes to begin the new millennium; thinking of the environment and helping in small (or big) ways is a super lesson to impart.

The children, and adults too, were very interested in watching and listening to things, especially with Scotty.  Your presenter imparted a lot of relevant information in a way which captivated his audience.  Our School Association president, Carl Nye, (who initiated your visit) came to be part of an audience and concurs with all other opinions I've heard.

Thanks once again for sharing your knowledge and information with us.

Sincerely,

L. Livingston
