Feb 4th, 2005 -- These eagles were photographed in North Blenheim, in upstate New York. Standing over 100 feet away from them, the photographer first thought he thought was looking at vultures on a deer carcass, but the yellow feet indicated to him that they were not. These are juvenile bald eagles - they have not acquired the yellow beak and eyes and white head and tail of the adults.
