June 2002 -- While watching the downtown Toronto peregrine nest, observers rescued this young male American Kestrel from the ground below the King Edward Hotel on at least three occasions.  The tufts of down remaining on his head suggest that perhaps he wasn't quite ready to fly yet, but trying repeatedly nonetheless.
