Summer 1999 -- A nest of European Marsh Harriers (Circus aeruginosus) in an area of the Netherlands called Het Diepe Gat (which means 'the deep hole', caused by a dam burst last century).  This nest contained three female and two male chicks; the egg visible on the left never hatched.
