Miscellaneous news 1998

Monday March 30
Glenn Coady reports: Mark Chojnacki has confirmed that between the 25&27 March there have been two Peregrine Falcons at the Mississauga site on Robert Speck Parkway and they appear to be doing regular courtship flights

I will try to identify these birds at my first opportunity to gain access to a good vantage point for observation.  I have contacted the President of the South Peel Naturalists Club to see if they would consider marshalling a monitoring effort of this probable eyrie - I should hear back from them soon.  Peregrines here, there & everywhere!

Monday May 25
The magazine section has finally been moved over to the new site here. A new article by Glenn Coady has been added, with some very informative insights.
