June 15, 2002 -- Majesty, the oldest of the three females.  Her name was suggested independently by Ann O'Connor and Connie Merchant, both of whom live in Rochester NY.  Ann selected Majesty in recognition of the "regal dignity, splendor, and grandeur" of peregrines, noting also that Victoria and Pounce-Kingsley's names reflected royalty.  Connie nominated Majesty "because falcons look so grand and have a royal bearing [and] represent the greatness and splendor of nature.".
