Partial Bands Seen

Found Both parents outside of Nest Box, therefore took the time to check on 3 Eyesis on the Camera, and they were huddled in a Ball on the Camera.
Took an hour or so to see if I could determine their Band Numbers.В No luck in getting Complete Numbers but from what I observed we have 2 NorthWestern US Birds.
